Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to the Pibbly affiliate program, run by Harrysson Invest OÜ (Estonia, registry code 16125264, Soo 19-2, 10414 Tallinn). By sharing your affiliate link or code, you accept them.

1. Joining

You apply by emailing hello@heypibbly.com. We may accept or decline any application. You must be 18 or older. We may end the program or your participation at any time; commission already earned under these terms will still be paid.

2. Your link and code

We give you a personal code and link. Customers who use them get 20% off their first 3 months of a Pibbly plan, for first-time customers only. A sale counts as yours when your code is applied to the customer’s subscription at checkout. A ?ref link is remembered for 60 days in the visitor’s browser; the most recent link they click wins.

3. Commission

You earn 30% of the amount actually paid (after discounts, refunds and chargebacks, excluding taxes) on each invoice of a referred subscription, for 12 months from the subscription start. Self-referrals and purchases on your own account don’t earn commission.

4. Payouts

We calculate commission monthly and pay by bank transfer or PayPal within 30 days after the end of each month, once your balance is at least US$25. Refunds or chargebacks may be deducted from later payouts. You’re responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for invoicing or tax details before paying.

5. How you may promote Pibbly

• Clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as required by advertising rules (for example FTC and EU rules).
• No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or bidding on “Pibbly” or “heypibbly” as search ad keywords.
• Don’t post your code on coupon or deal sites without our written permission.
• Don’t promote Pibbly next to content that’s unsuitable for families.

If these rules are broken, we may withhold unpaid commission for the affected sales and end your participation.

6. Our brand

You may use the Pibbly name, logo and images from our site only to promote Pibbly, and you may not suggest we endorse you beyond this program.

7. Liability

You’re an independent partner, not our employee or agent. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid to you in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes and law

We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. They are governed by Estonian law, and disputes go to the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
