Terms of Service

Welcome to Pibbly! These terms explain how Pibbly works and what we each agree to. By using Pibbly, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Pibbly (heypibbly.com) is run by Harrysson Invest OÜ, registered in Estonia (registry code 16125264, address Soo 19-2, 10414 Tallinn, Estonia). Contact us at hello@heypibbly.com.

2. Who can use Pibbly

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Pibbly is made for parents, carers and teachers to create pages for children. Children shouldn’t have their own accounts. You’re responsible for keeping access to your email, and so your account, secure.

3. What Pibbly does

You describe a picture and Pibbly uses artificial intelligence to draw a printable coloring page. We’ll add more kinds of activity pages over time, and we may change or improve features as we go.

4. Free pages and plans

• Free: 3 free pages, so you can try Pibbly. Free pages may carry a small watermark.
• Starter: 30 pages a month, at US$4.99 a month or US$49 a year.
• Family: 150 pages a month, at US$9.99 a month or US$99 a year.
• Unlimited: up to 500 pages a month (fair use), at US$19.99 a month or US$199 a year.

Prices are in US dollars and are final; no tax is added at checkout. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee. Page allowances reset each month, including on yearly plans, and unused pages don’t carry over. We may change prices for future billing periods, and we’ll tell you at least 30 days in advance.

5. Billing and cancelling

Subscriptions renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Stripe takes payment securely. You can cancel, switch plans or update your card anytime from your account page (it opens Stripe’s billing portal). When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then it won’t renew. We don’t give refunds for partly used periods, except where the law requires it or as described below.

6. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Pibbly delivers digital content straight away, so at checkout we ask for your consent with this wording:

“I agree to the Terms and ask you to start the service immediately. I understand I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once I generate a page.”

That means that if you subscribe and then don’t generate any pages, you can still withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. Just email hello@heypibbly.com. Once you’ve generated a page on your paid plan, the right of withdrawal ends for that purchase. Your other legal rights as a consumer aren’t affected.

7. Using your pages

You can print, color and share the pages you make for personal, family and classroom use, for example at home, at a party, or with your own class. Please don’t sell them, put them on products, or use them in commercial projects without our written permission. AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright and may look like images made for other people, so we can’t promise your pages are unique or exclusive to you. We may show a small number of pages in our public gallery as examples, but only ones that contain no personal details.

8. Keep it kind: acceptable use

Pibbly is for kids’ activities. Please don’t use it to create or try to create:

• violent, sexual, hateful, scary, harassing or otherwise harmful content
• images of real, identifiable people
• copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos or brands that you don’t have the right to use
• anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights

Please also don’t try to get around the free limit (for example with multiple accounts), scrape or overload the service, or reverse-engineer it. We check prompts automatically and may block them. If someone breaks these rules, we may suspend or close their account. If we close an account for no fault of yours, we’ll refund the unused part of your plan.

9. About AI pictures

Pibbly’s pages are made by AI. They’re usually lovely, but sometimes not quite right: odd details, extra fingers, or something that doesn’t match your prompt. Please check every page before you give it to a child. If a page fails, just try again.

10. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Pibbly running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded by law.

11. Closing your account

You can delete your account anytime from your account page. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription straight away, and you lose any time left in your current billing period. If you just want to stop paying, cancel in the billing portal instead and keep access until the period ends.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in an important way, we’ll let you know by email or on the site at least 30 days in advance. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please email us first and we’ll try to sort it out. You can also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
